Return and Refund

- We have 4 days return policy** on this product
- Please ensure that the products you return is unused and there is no symbol of any type of marking on it.
- International orders are not eligible for return.
- Before returning our product you have to share minimum 3 photos of a product explaining the issue of returning it to our support team at contact@apnikitaben.com
- Once we receive the returned item Apni Kitaben will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse
- Refunds are initiated in your bank account within 5-7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse.
- Product, after received, will go through complete QC process.
- No return will be accepted on orders placed using FLAT discount coupons or during any special festival offer.
** Returns are only acceptable, in case if book have any blank page in it and if book have any "Special" kind of defect. No returns are acceptable, in case costumer intentionally made some damage to the book to return it with in 4 days
